“The Higher Ground Fair, held at the Wyoming Territorial Prison State Historic Site in Laramie, WY (975 Snowy Range Road) seeks to be both a place and an experience that nurtures the intersection of art, music, crafts, agriculture, gardening, local foods, culture, grassroots social action, holistic health practices and sustainable living – with a focus on the six Rocky Mountain states of Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming, and the Native First Nations located within them.

The Regional Quilt Show highlights local fiber artisans to show the beauty of tradition and ingenuity in Quilt-making. The Quilt Show includes displays, a contest, and workshops. All levels of Quilters are welcome!
