The Paducah Quilt Show of the American Quilter Society had four days
of beautiful weather and brought approximately 40,000 people to town
for the show. A local TV station reported the AQS show brings 18
million dollars to the Paducah regional economy. Below are some pics from the 2007 show. In later shows we had a mix of good and not so good weather, but always a good time [see my blogs for pics from the 2010 AQS Quilt show, 2011 Paducah Quilt Show, the 2013 AQS Show, and 2014 Paducah Show.]
Over (1500) fifteen hundred quilts were entered in 16 categories!
